What do people think about using video for training? I found this site http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ that turns any video into the Ipod format. HAS ANYONE TRIED IT?

Video can be a powerful tool for training. A few things need to be considered for iPod video – slides with text, such as from a PowerPoint presentation, don’t resolve well in the smaller format. Video of action or human interaction does work better, as does the use of still images to augment audio commentary, such as in an enhanced podcast.
A number of museums are beginning to use this very idea for self-guided tours.
Check out this neat link from Guy Kawasaki. He accompanied a Boy Scout troop on an overnight in a submarine converted into a museum. They use iPods to assist in the tour.
