This great episode starts with a description of the different types of individuals in a typical team. Then Ira Glass, host and executive producer, interviews a professor who conducted an experiment on group dynamics, placing an actor behaving negatively in a specific subgroup to measure the impact on the group. One of his findings was that the actor’s behavior had much influence on the team leading to poor group dynamics.
